Avision first caught our attention following a release on Mark Broom‘s label BeardMan that featured a remix from the mighty Skudge, and a couple of weeks ago he once again leaped into our field of vision with a great release on Carl Cox label Intec.
Understated in comparison to much of Intec’s output, the EP titled Mind Of A Man has a title track split into an intro an outro version, each of which does exactly what it says on the tin, but joined together they combine to make an epic slice of emotional Techno.
There is also a track titled “Choppin” which had you not already been told it was by Avision could easily be related to the stellar, jackin’ work of seminal artist Truncate.
The coming months in Avision’s schedule are also busy with a release on Carlo Lio’s label On Edge Society along with an EP for RAWAX, and a remix for Victor Calderone’s label MATTER+ Recordings.
