Many know Cristian Varela as a veteran Spanish DJ who helped kick start the country’s club scene, and whose three decks DJ sets earned him international recognition.
Part of Cristian Varela’s legacy is his label Pornographic Recordings that along with music from the label boss himself has also featured artists ranging from Ken Ishii and Gary Beck to Carl Cox.
The label’s latest release is from Croation artist DJ Jock whose lists contributions to labels such as Phobiq, 1605 and Intec, also being a core part of the Pornographic Recordings family.
DJ Jock’s latest thundering Techno release also features a remixes from Cristian Varela and a collaborative effort from The Advent & Industrialyzer.
The Advent is a UK based Techno legend whose music has been released on labels ranging from Drumcode to Tresor, and his regular production partner Industrialyzer boasts an equally as impressive back catalogue.
Here at Him Self Her we have been lucky enough to premiere The Advent & Industrialyzer remix of DJ Jock’s track “Greenfields” which is taken from his The Restless Void EP on Pornographic Recordings.
