Hommage bosses Monkey Safari return to their label with the final instalment of their ‘remixed’ series, where tracks from their recent album ‘Odyssey’ are remixed by a curated selection of stellar artists across the spectrum of house & techno. Part three delivers stunning new interpretations from Hernan Cattaneo & Audio Junkies, Tensnake, Reboot, ROD and Phil Moffa. We grabbed the first play of the ROD‘s deep techno groover.
In the words of ROD himself; “Thanks to the great original parts, both my remixes flowed out of my system quite naturally. I was happy to do 2 complete different remixes. where ‘prologue’ is more about peak-time techno-energy, with ‘sign’ I tried to create a much more psychedelic underwater-ish vibe which i think worked out quite well with that soothing vocal.”
