Run by Italian duo Alfa Romero the namesake label Alfa Romero Recordings has featured music from the label owners plus other artists including My Favorite Robot, Davide Squillace, Aquarius Heaven and Reboot.
Along with established artists, the label also provides a platform for fresh talent and the latest release is a mixed artist EP showcasing some exciting up and comers, with each of the tracks being a different take on melodic house and techno.
Some of the artists on the EP titled “ALFABOX 02” are making their first ever official release of original material and going off the outstanding quality it’s fair to say all have a big future.
Beck and Rius one and only other release was on Traum, while Half Of Me had previously only released a single remix, and Naufer is the most established following appearances on Nosso, Lustbox, Phantom Deck and Future Is Now Records.
For us though the stand out track on the release on from Italian producer Unstable Son whose techy track titled “Radioactive” features the vocals of Marvid.
With a dark atmosphere and euphoric melodies the haunting male vocals really bring the track to life and its distinctive sound has an intimate mood combined with stadium size production, and we have been lucky enough to present an exclusive premiere of this fantastic cut of melodic techno.
