International DeeJay Gigolo Records is the highly respected label founded by the iconic DJ Hell, and their latest release is a remix EP featuring new versions of Joyce Muniz track “Toxic People” which was released in February of this year.
“Toxic People” which features the vocals of DEMETR1US has already had one set of remixes that featured a solo version from DJ Hell plus Meriton, and this Remixes #2 includes reworks by Jerome Sydenham, Play Paul and The Model.
The buzzing synths, grinding bassline, and seductively twisted vocal make the original an extremely catchy track, where each of the remix versions puts a different spin on proceedings.
We have been lucky enough to premiere The Model’s remix, a tougher version with a focus on the percussion. With a techno focused sound, it’s a peak time remix that packs a serious punch with use of original’s key elements making sure the track loses none of its personality.
