Molly was originally famed for her residency at Rex Club in France, but she has proven herself to be a headline act in her own right and also an accomplished producer contributing to labels such as Rekids, Back And Forth and Rotary Cocktail Recordings.
Last year Molly launched her own label RDV Music and along with a remix from the label boss, the new release features three original tracks from German artist Dana Ruh.
Dana Ruh along with playing DJ sets all over the world is a skilled producer whose back catalogue includes music released on Cocoon, Crosstown Rebels and Ostgut Ton.
Being released on vinyl, the EP is titled “4 Leaf Clover” and we have been privileged to premiere the opening A-side track titled “Natural High”.
Natural High has a deep and dubby vibe with stabs of acid bass and eloquent chords with stripped back percussion. Warm and analogue its laid-back vibe and cosmic atmosphere gives a nod to the classic Detroit sound, and its refined style sits somewhere between house and deep techno.
