South African Aero Manyelo curates the latest in the Body Language series on Get Physical, selecting a series of mind blowing tracks, rich in their production levels, varying in textures, defying the limits of genres, and showcasing why Get Physical has remained at the pinnacle of the game for so long.
The latest instalment features 15 tracks, 9 of which are exclusive, new pieces for this release. Kicking off with a collaboration from Aero himself alongside Fluida, the mix starts with ‘Man to Many’, an atmospheric treat with chanting vocals and sublime synth work. Label favourites Bedouin also feature with a trademark mystical deep house track, Constantijn Lange supplies us with a melodic masterclass with this track ‘Mapleseed Rhinos’.
A whole host of standout exclusives continue to offer a wide range of house styles that range from the more playful from Myazisto to late night from Martin Waslewski with a fluidity in tempo change and mood that takes us on a journey through sound, with the fierce contrast of ‘Tabula Rasa’ from Just Her providing a harder tech house element.
Manyelo also treats us to another exclusive in the form of ‘Taking Long’, a driving house track dominated by layers of pads. The remaining cuts come from Laolu and two remixes from Manyelo, and the mix is wrapped up with tracks from M.A.N.D.Y and Pier Bucci.
