Matteo Spedicati drops a new EP on Davide Squillace label This And That Lab, and on the EP is a remix from rising Brazillian talent Althoff.
Althoff has previously featured on This And That with a solo track on the label’s first Spring Summer Fall Winter compilation which was released earlier in the year.
Since that first This And That appearance Althoff has maintained a constant stream of new music, with new EP’s on Appetite, MoonShake, Plano B Records and Rancido Music.
This is Althoff’s first official rework and he has proven himself to be a talented remix artist by keeping the original tracks feel whilst still adding his own stamp.
The original version of “Olvidar Eliza” is deep and melodic with rich atmospheric guitar textures, and Althoff has worked his own tightened groove with dance floor friendly percussion. Exposing the guitar and adding a complimentary synth line to complete the transformation of this exquisite remix version, we have been lucky enough to give it a premiere.
