Davide Squillace’s label This And That lab is a constant source of quality new tracks, and its latest EP from Ernest & Frank is no exception.
Ernest & Frank are still relatively new in the game, but already they are showing a pedigree that gets us excited to hear more.
Listeners to Ibiza Global Radio might already recognise Ernest & Frank from the show they host, and others may be familiar with the track they released on Deeperfect Records, Glasgow Underground, Flashmob Records and Witty Tunes.
Their two upbeat original tracks are complimented by a remix from the legendary Argy, who is famed for his many releases on iconic labels including Crosstown Rebels, Rebirth, Play It Say It and Cocoon.
The Latin influenced style of the two percussion focused originals also has a subtle hip hop influence due to the style of the vocal samples, and Argy brings some dark atmosphere to his remix of the lead track “Numau”.
